Marina Hills has a registration policy for all children ages 14 through 17 who use the Marina Hills recreation center facilities.
To insure the safety of all, children ages 14 through 17 will be required to register with the Marina Hills Recreation Center Clubhouse Office, in order to use the pool or tennis facilities without adult (18 years or older) supervision. This policy will insure that unsupervised children using the facilities are at the proper age to do so.
All children ages 14 through 17 must be registered with Marina Hills Recreation Center Clubhouse Office, or present a valid California I.D., proving age of 18 or older, before being admitted to the recreational facilities. Without these, they will not be admitted to the recreation facilities.
In order to register your child, a parent or guardian must accompany each child (ages 14 through 17 only) to the Marina Hills Recreation Center Clubhouse Office. Parents or guardian will be required to sign a copy of the Rules and Regulations and tennis court policy at registration. A birth certificate or school certificate verifying date of birth must be presented at the time, along with a photo for our records.
Please contact the Clubhouse Manager, Larissa Rounsaville, at 949-838-3293 to make an appointment for registering your children, or if you have any questions or need additional information.

If your mailbox is in disrepair, the Association will pay for a standard mailbox replacement, if you choose not to upgrade the mailbox. If your mailbox is in disrepair, damaged, and/or needs replacement, please contact Larissa Rounsaville at firstname.lastname@example.org or (949) 838-3293. Please do not replace the mailbox on your own, as it may not aesthetically match the HOA’s mailboxes, and we want to ensure all mailboxes are installed/secured properly.
