LOCKING INSERTS FOR MAILBOXES
We understand that homeowners would like to have locking mailboxes installed. The Board has discussed this item over and over in the past. It would be an expensive project to install all locking mailboxes and the Association is not currently budgeted for locking mailboxes. As an alternative, the Board is allowing homeowners to install locking inserts in the mailboxes at the homeowner’s expense.
If you are interested in purchasing a locking insert and having it installed inside your mailbox, please see the photos below and contact www.MailboxShoppe.com or 1-800-330-3309. A locking insert will help deter mail theft.
In order to keep the waterline tiles in the pool clean, the pool area will be closed for cleaning every Monday – Saturday from 09:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. This routine will begin Monday, April 2, 2018. A sign will be posted as a reminder outside the pool gate.
