As of Saturday, May 23, 2020, the Tennis Court/Pickleball Court facilities will be open from 8am to 8pm. Seeking to protect the health and safety of the Marina Hills Planned Community Association’s Members and residents is a priority of the Association’s Board of Directors and Management. To preserve the health of our residents and prevent the spread of COVID-19 within our community, temporary Tennis Rules have been enacted by the Board on an emergency basis in an effort to safely begin the reopening of the Association’s common/recreational facilities to Members and residents in order to promote the enjoyment of these facilities by Members/residents during these challenging times. As state and/or local restrictions pertaining to COVID-19 continue to be amended with time, the Board will continue to amend its temporary rules relating to the opening and usage of the Association’s recreational/common area facilities. The Board, like the residents/Members within the community, look forward to the eventual complete reopening of the Association’s facilities.

You may find a copy of the temporary Tennis Rules on the Association’s website at marinahills.org, as well as, at the onsite bulletin boards located near the entrance to the Tennis facility, as well as, near the pool entrance.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By entering and using the community facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
