    If you are looking to rent the clubhouse or BBQ facilities, please refer to the attached form for information regarding required fees and deposits for your rental. Please review the guidelines, complete the form, submit necessary fees and signed document(s) to the On-Site Community Assistant at the clubhouse. Please be aware of the cancellation policy and note that the function is subject to approval by the Board of Directors.

    Children of proper age (14 years and older) may use the recreational pool facilities without a parent present; however, we do require the attached document be completed, signed and returned to the clubhouse prior to use. As no lifeguard is on duty, it is the parents’ responsibility to oversee the safety of anyone under 18 and guests. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, as your children’s safety and security is our top priority.
