If you are looking to rent the clubhouse or BBQ facilities, please refer to the attached form for information regarding required fees and deposits for your rental. Please review the guidelines, complete the form, submit necessary fees and signed document(s) to the On-Site Community Assistant at the clubhouse. Please be aware of the cancellation policy and note that the function is subject to approval by the Board of Directors.

If you are going to have/serve alcohol while renting the clubhouse or BBQ facilities, you will need to complete the Waiver & Release of Liability re Service of Alcohol form along with your Recreation Facility Rental Agreement.

Children of proper age (14 years and older) may use the recreational pool facilities without a parent present; however, we do require the attached document be completed, signed and returned to the clubhouse prior to use. As no lifeguard is on duty, it is the parents’ responsibility to oversee the safety of anyone under 18 and guests. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, as your children’s safety and security is our top priority.

Prior to use of the pool area facilities, kindly review the hours and rules for the recreational areas. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our facilities well-maintained and your respect of your fellow neighbors.
